The cottage was unbelievably cosy and well-furnished with comfy chairs, cushions, and lamps. The view from the conservatory was jaw-dropping, overlooking Lochinver and the stunning mountains. The garden was like a moorland oasis with boulders, ferns, heather, and a charming seating area. The welcome tea tray with Scottish shortbread was a lovely touch. The beds were super comfy and the cottage was sparkling clean, with all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, a short walk to the village and surrounded by scenic walks. Stuart, the host, was friendly and knowledgeable. The peace and quiet were divine. We can't wait to return! Free parking, electric kettle, cookware/kitchen utensils, flat-screen TV, pets allowed.

We had an amazing stay at Tigh-Na-Mara in Lochinver. The value for money was excellent and the room was extremely comfortable with beautiful views. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the village, and the staff, particularly Stuart, were very welcoming and helpful.
The only thing that could have made breakfast better was more variety in the food options.
